At Ironing World Supplies we aim to deliver your goods within 24-72 hours (1-3 working days by courier and within 1-4 working days by Royal Mail depending on which option is offered at the time of purchase.

If your delivery service is going to be by “Courier Service” and not “Royal Mail”, it is important that you provide/send a contact telephone number to us at the time of placing your order, as this telephone number will be provided to the courier company as to help with the delivery service. We will not be held responsible if your service is delayed due to the delivery company not being able to find your delivery location and who are without a contact telephone number for the customer.
Handling and delivery charge apply to all items unless otherwise stated in writing. Delivery charges will be quoted on the following Postcodes irrespective of the value of the order: IV1 - IV63, KW1 - KW17, PH33 - PH44, HS, KA27 - KA28, PA20 - PA78, AB, ZE and or Isle of Man (IM), N. Ireland(BT), Rep. of Ireland and Channel Islands plus any Islands off Mainland.
We can and will send to these locations, but please ask for a postage price first before buying.
Delivery charges for specified time and Saturday deliveries are available on request.

“Failure to Deliver”
If your delivery service is by “Courier Delivery” it is important that someone is at the address provided to except delivery. Please note; the Courier Company will only make two attempts to deliver to the postal address provided. Each attempt will also be followed up by the Courier Company leaving a Calling Card or Card Notification, informing the customer that they have tried to attempt delivery.
